Before you submit:

  • Have yourย order numberย ready.
  • If anything is missing, still submit โ€” just note it in the form.
  • Uploadย clear photosย of:
    • the damaged item(s)
    • the inner packaging
    • the outer shipping box (including the label)
    • We kindly ask that you hold onto the damaged items and packaging until your claim is finalized. Carriers sometimes request an inspection, though itโ€™s uncommon.

What happens next:

  1. We review your submissionย within 1โ€“2 business days.
  2. Our team confirms the claimย and contacts you if we need anything else.
  3. We send a replacement or solutionย based on your preference and item availability.
